Introduction
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an important opportunity for members of Renfrew Development Trust to come together, reflect on the past year, and help shape our future direction.
The AGM provides an open and transparent forum to review our work, hear updates from the Board, and take part in key decisions that guide the Trust’s activities.

At the AGM, we will:
Present an overview of the Trust’s activities and achievements over the past year
Share updates on current and future projects
Review the Trust’s finances
Elect Board members where applicable
Provide members with the opportunity to ask questions and contribute
Who Can Attend
All current members of Renfrew Development Trust
Local residents and stakeholders (as observers, where appropriate)
Only members are eligible to vote on AGM matters.
