Longcroft

Renfrew Development Trust is currently going through the Community Asset Transfer process which includes the cottages and the adjacent Nissan Hut.  If Renfrew Development Trust is successful in securing Longcroft, it will be re-developed into a new base for the organisation and become a Collaborative Community Hub, which will bring the community together.  Longcroft Cottages will also be a base for the Renfrew Men Shed.  

The Trust has now submitted their Community Asset Transfer Application Form and Draft Business Plan to Renfrewshire Council for consideration.
